From the very first meeting he made us feel comfortable and at ease - and that was exactly what we needed on our wedding day! Nico had a very easy and subtle way of not making you feel like he was recording - and he even shared ideas with us beforehand (such as writing a letter to each other and reading it to the camera before the ceremony, which made it very romantic!).
